APBM 2025, 6th International Conference on Applied Psychology and Business Management, aims to unite researchers and practitioners from social sciences and business to discuss current trends and best practices. We seek to raise awareness about advancements in international business, management, and psychology in a view of the current technological developments, AI, global economical and political processes.

We welcome submissions on a variety of topics, including but not limited to:

* Applied Psychology: We encourage papers on Organizational Psychology, exploring leadership, employee well-being, and organizational change; Social Psychology, focusing on group dynamics and social transformations; and Business Psychology, at the nexus of human behavior, economics, and business.

* Business Management: This track includes topics on Strategic Management in a globalized world, Human Resources, and the adoption of Innovative Technological Solutions to enhance business processes.

* Economics: We are interested in research on Economic Behaviors, including consumer decision-making and financial psychology; and the impact of Global Social and Economic Processes on businesses and societies.

* Artificial Intelligence (AI): Submissions should explore the application of AI in Business, from automated processes to AI-driven marketing; and in Psychology, including the ethical and practical use of AI in diagnostics and therapy.

* Social Studies & Sociology: This track covers the impact of global social and economic processes, social transformations, and Political Studies in the context of business and psychology.

Submission & Publication

We invite you to submit your abstract and author bio for consideration. The deadline for submission is October 1, 2025.

- Abstract: A concise summary of your presentation, up to 250 words.

- Author(s) Bio: A brief biography of each author, up to 100 words.

- Authors' formal pictures

The conference's international reviewing board will evaluate all submissions. The registration fee is to be paid only after your submission has been reviewed and positively evaluated.

They can also get their work published and announced on the IATELS community website and other media, and have the opportunity to establish and develop a local IATELS representation in their area.
Publishing in Scopus-indexed journals is not among the publication plans of IATELS Conferences. The submitted abstracts after reviewing are published in Abstract Books with ISBN numbers, Conference papers are reviewed for publishing in Conference Proceedings with ISBN numbers which can be submitted for indexing in Web of Science, academic extended manuscripts can be evaluated for publishing as chapters in international thematic monographs to be submitted for publishing in Springer Publishing House as projects curated by IATELS Committee.

Publication Plans:

All accepted and registered papers will be published in our Abstract Book and Conference Proceedings with ISBN numbers. A selection of high-quality papers will also be invited for a thematic monograph to be published by Springer.

Chapter Submission Requirements:

- Volume & Structure: Chapters should be 8,000 to 10,000 words in length, including references. The manuscript must follow a standard academic structure: Title, Author(s) Information, Abstract (250 words), Keywords, Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology (if applicable), Results/Findings, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.

- Content: All submissions must be original, unpublished work. The content should be innovative and make a significant contribution to the field. Papers that are internationally valued, with a clear focus on addressing contemporary global issues, will be given preference.

- Deadline: The deadline for submitting your complete manuscript is November 20, 2025.
