Any person, delegate, listener, student, media representative, speaker is considered a conference attendee and should register according to their status.

The registration fee is based on the date of the receipt of the registration and the payment in full in accordance with the deadlines mentioned below.

If the early registration deadline is missed, the later registration fee will be charged automatically.

The registration will only be confirmed upon the receipt of payment in full.

Each participant will receive electronic confirmation of their registration.

The delegates can submit up to two abstracts to be considered for accepting to the conference program.

Only fully completed registrations are accepted.

To Become a Presenter, an Applicant Must Submit:

• An abstract of the presentation (up to 250 words);
• Short bio (up to 100 words);
• Formal picture in a good quality.

Submission of Full Papers

Conference participants can submit full papers for reviewing and publishing them in the Book of the Conference Proceedings with ISBN number or as chapters in thematic monographs to be published by Springer.

The Conference Organising Committee preserves the right to cancel the plans to publish Conference Proceedings depending on the quality and sufficiency of the full paper submissions.

Manuscripts of full papers should be submitted for reviewing within one month after the conference the latest.

A full paper for the Conference Proceedings must not exceed 5000 words in length (2000 words for work in progress papers), including abstract, figures, references and appendices.

A manuscript of a full paper to be reviewed as a monograph chapter should be at least 15 pages in length with approximately 300 words per page.

An abstract of the speech, short bio(s) of the author(s), author(s)’ formal picture(s) must be submitted before the conference.

A full paper should be submitted within 1 month after the end of the conference.

Online Participation

Academicians and students can submit up to two abstracts of the studies to be presented at the conference.

The applications for presenting and publishing are reviewed by the Conference Scientific Committee.

The applicants are informed about acceptance or rejection of their submission within 10 days after the application.

Online participants can choose the option to publish their materials without presenting online.

The conference participation fee for Online Participants covers:

(1) Admission to all conference sessions and materials virtually; (2) Participation Certificate,  (3) Conference Program (e-PDF),  (4) Book of Abstracts with ISBN number (e-PDF), (5) Scientific guidance at all the stages of the abstract and manuscript submission, (6) Processing the manuscript for reviewing and publishing.

In case of using an alternative way of payment, please contact our managers for guidance and instruction.

+ Please also note that: 

(1) An author can submit and present two papers.

(2) Registration fee covers registration of only one participant. The conference certificate will be signed out only for the person who pays the conference fee and presents the study.

+ Cancellation Policy: Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the conference organization by email.

In case of the cancellation, the registration fee is not refunded.

If the conference is cancelled or postponed due to the events beyond the control of the Conference Organising Committee (Force Majeure), the conference organizers cannot be held liable by applicants for any damages, costs, or losses incurred (e.g. transportation costs, accommodation costs, financial losses, etc.).

All cases of cancelation are considered by the Conference Organising Committee individually, and the decision is taken accordingly.
