Dr. Nadia Anwar is an Associate Professor and Acting Dean of the Institute of Liberal Arts at the University of Management and Technology in Lahore. She holds a PhD in Nigerian drama and her primary research interests are in postcolonial English literature and Nigerian theatre.
In IATELS. Dr. Nadia is a leading contributor to the conference organisation in language studies, psychology and management. She also coordinates the participation of researchers from Pakistan in the projects and programs of the Association. Dr. Nadia is an active reviewer and submission evaluator. providing valuable feedback on improving the quality of the submissions, books and conference proceedings.

Dr. Nadia Anwar’s principal research is in the field of Postcolonial English literatures, with a specific focus on Nigerian theatre and drama. She is a strong proponent of interdisciplinarity, a philosophy reflected in her teaching of diverse subjects like Critical Discourse Analysis and Adaptation Studies. As an active faculty member, she has received numerous awards and contributes her expertise to various academic and administrative roles, from undergraduate to PhD levels.
