


To become a presenter at the conference, an applicant must submit:
- An abstract of the presentation (up to 250 words);
- Short bios of all authors (up to 100 words each);
- The authors’ formal pictures in a good quality;
- A manuscript for publishing in the Conference Proceedings (a conference paper must not exceed 5000 words in length (2000 words for work in progress papers), including abstract, figures, references and appendices);
Optional:
- A manuscript of at least 20 pages as a chapter proposal to be reviewed for publishing in a thematic monograph (Springer Publishing House)
Book of Abstracts
All the accepted abstracts are going to be published in the Book of Abstracts with ISSN / ISBN number.
The abstract should be accompanies with a list of keywords (5-6 words), short bios of the author(s), the authors’ pictures.
For publishing in the Book of Abstracts the authors of accepted submissions have to provide a short bio up to 100 words, an abstract with at least 5 words and formal pictures of the authors.
Conference Proceedings
All speakers and presenters are required to submit a manuscript up to 5000 words for reviewing and publishing as a conference paper in the conference proceedings with ISSN / ISBN number.
Be sure to submit a manuscript before the conference together with the abstract and other required information.
The reviewing process of submitted manuscripts starts after the conference.
The manuscript for a conference paper must be structured as follows:
- An abstract with 5-6 keywords,,
- A title,
- An introduction,
- Objectives,
- A methods section,
- Results/findings,
- Discussion of findings,
- Conclusion/recommendations,
- Acknowledgments,
- References.
Monograph Chapters
All applicants are invited to submit manuscripts as chapter proposals to be reviewed and published in thematic monographs (Springer Publishing House).
Submission Requirements
- Volume & Structure: Chapters should be 8,000 to 10,000 words in length, including references. The manuscript must follow a standard academic structure: Title, Author(s) Information, Abstract (250 words), Keywords, Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology (if applicable), Results/Findings, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
- Content: All submissions must be original, unpublished work. The content should be innovative and make a significant contribution to the field. Papers that are internationally valued, with a clear focus on addressing contemporary global issues, will be given preference.
