In an era defined by planetary crises and shifting geopolitical landscapes, the APBM 2026 special edition stands as a pivotal forum to address the Business Imperative of Sustainability.
This conference moves beyond traditional academic event, focusing on the deep, systemic transformation required across all sectors.
We invite researchers, practitioners, and policymakers from Applied Psychology, Business Management, Organizational Behavior, and Technology to share cutting-edge work on creating resilient, ethical, and ecologically sound organizations.
Join us to explore novel business models, green finance strategies, circular economy principles, and the critical psychological factors that drive sustainable employee and consumer behavior. This is not just a discussion on what to change, but how to change effectively and equitably.
Recognizing the unique interdisciplinary roots of APBM, the 2026 conference highlights the crucial intersection of Applied Psychology and Sustainable Management.
True sustainable change cannot be mandated; it must be driven by human decision and motivation.
We call for submissions exploring the psychological levers of sustainability:
- Understanding pro-environmental behaviors in the workplace,
- Fostering sustainable leadership and ethical governance,
- Designing effective change management strategies for green transitions, and mitigating the effects of climate anxiety on employee well-being and productivity and other related topics.
Engage in sessions that bridge the gap between financial performance, social equity, and psychological resilience to build truly sustainable corporate cultures.
