Bringing Global Funding, Innovation, and Prestigious Networks to ICLTE, ICET, and APBM – HUMAN-AI Project

Major Announcement
The International Association for Technology, Education and Language Studies (IATELS) is proud to announce a monumental milestone for our global academic community.
All flagship IATELS conferences—including the International Conference on Language, Technology and Education (ICLTE), the International Conference on Educational Technology (ICET), and the International Conference on Applied Psychology and Business Management (APBM)—have officially entered the structural framework of the prestigious Horizon Europe MSCA (Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions) Staff Exchanges project:
“Higher Education in the Age of AI – How Can We Preserve the Human Dimension of Teaching and Learning?” (HUMAN-AI)
This elite status is made possible because IATELS’ sponsoring and curating organization, STARTINFORUM, has officially become an institutional partner in this high-level European research consortium.
For more information on our foundational international networks, you can review the STARTINFORUM Erasmus+ and International Partnerships Portfolio.
This elite status is fully valid for the entire 4-year duration of the project, launching in November 2026.
A Testament to Quality and International Trust
Being integrated into a Horizon Europe MSCA framework—the European Union’s flagship funding program for research, innovation, and institutional mobility—is a definitive stamp of quality.
It proves the rigorous academic standards of IATELS and reflects the deep trust placed in our organization by leading global universities and research institutes.
This integration positions our conferences not just as independent academic events, but as vital hubs for official EU-funded knowledge exchange, policy-making, and technological innovation.

- Elite Keynotes & Global Speakers: Expect a massive influx of fully funded European and international researchers, MSCA fellows, and project coordinators delivering high-impact keynotes and chairing specialized panels.
- Enhanced Peer Review & Publication Pathways: The academic oversight of our conferences is reinforced by the consortium’s senior professoriate, opening up even higher-quality journal publication channels for presented papers.

As an attendee, researcher, or presenter at ICLTE, ICET, or APBM, this project integration provides you with distinct professional advantages:
- Unrivaled Networking: Interact directly with MSCA researchers, project managers, and institutional leaders from 10 different countries to build your own international project consortia.
