Experience

Dr. Joseph Anthony Narciso Z. Tiangco is a higher education professional who is passionate about bridging academic knowledge and social impact. He works in the field of EFL, ESP, and TALL. Moreover, he is the co-founder of the Taiwan Love and Hope International Charity, which provides residential care and psychosocial support for abandoned children with severe disabilities, and the Taiwan International Friendship Association (TIFA), which aims to bridge the gaps between foreigners and Taiwanese in Taiwan and provide services that promote intercultural togetherness, inclusion, fellowship, and advocacy.

“My vision is to advance socially conscious educational frameworks that leverage technology to bridge linguistic and cultural divides, and thereby empowering underserved learners and the educators who serve them. My work is dedicated to exploring innovative and equitable approaches in this critical intersection of language, culture, and technology within education”.
