In IATELS, Dr. Tomayess is an active coordinator of the conference plans concerning psychology and business management (APBM) as well as education and technology with the focus on AI (ICET). She also acts as a leading researcher in developing publication plans for the conference proceedings and Springer monographs.

Experience
Dr. Issa is a dedicated academic with 27 years of teaching experience in Australia. She is an expert in project management and sustainability, widely recognised for her expertise, experience, research, teaching style, and HDR supervision. Dr Issa has designed and delivered 14 postgraduate and undergraduate core units at Curtin, focusing on sustainability, sustainable design, smart technology, and project management. Tomayess has supervised 128 PhD, Master of Phil, and Master Dissertation students, many of whom have secured full-time positions as professors, associate professors at international universities, and managers and directors in Australia and at international companies. Three of my PhD students received letters of commendation from the Chancellor of Curtin University. Tomayess has mentored over 45 tutors across Curtin, with many securing roles as associate professors, managers, and deputy managers in international and national universities and companies.
