Purpose & Mission
The APBM Conference was created to establish a multidisciplinary international platform bringing together academics, researchers, and business practitioners. It addresses interconnected issues in psychology, social processes, technology, education, and business management within rapidly changing global dynamics.
The primary theme focuses on the individual—their psychological well-being, emotional state, motivation, and resilience—as the central driver and most vulnerable link in modern social, economic, and organizational environments.
